Masala Tea
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon tea leaves
- Milk (Half cup)
- Ginger
- Cloves
- Cardamon
- Sugar
Method
- Boil half cup water with cloves, cardamon and grated ginger
- Add milk and sugar to the mixture and boil
- Once boiled, switch off the flame and add tea leaves and cover with a lid
- Serve hot
